ALFA’s Master of Business Administrationprogram includes topics of business and finance as they relate to management. Some programs provide integrative real-world workshops that help students develop their skills in international business, negotiations, networking and decision-making.

ALFA’s Master of Business Administration assist the students to learn applying the planning skills and strategies to everyday business operations. These programs are usually split up into foundational business courses and electives. Electives can be used to complete concentration options, which are available in a range of areas, including finance, supply chain management, marketing and leadership. Students in these graduate degree programs often participate in hands-on experiences such as internships, workshops and group presentations. Many programs are flexible in terms of scheduling for part-time or full-time students, and online courses are often an option.


Since the skills and knowledge acquired in an MBA degree program can apply to various businesses, graduates may find jobs in a wide variety of management and supervisory positions. Some popular careers may include:

Entry Requirements

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 2.75 and above or equivalent OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with CGPA at least 2.5 based on internal assessment by the faculty OR
  • Candidates with a CGPA 2.50 with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience and other qualifications recognized by the UniSZA senate OR
  • Age 30 or above with STPM, Diploma or equivalent may apply via Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL)

  • 11/2 Years (Full-Time)
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS (International Candidates)

  • Candidates must pass TOEFL with minimum score of 550 OR IELTS with a minimum score of 6 OR MUET with a minimum score of band 4 for a given programme
