Lecturer in Management
Responsibilities:
- To teach at diploma and degree level in areas allocated by the Head of School and reviewed from time to time by the Head of School.
- To carry out teaching materials and uphold quality teaching strategies, in line with personal objectives agreed in the Staff review process.
- To engage and participate in seminars, workshops and training in relating to business.
- To supervise or assist with supervision of students doing their final years internship/practicum.
- To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum.
- To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
- To participate in departmental and faculty seminars aimed at sharing knowledge and building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department.
- To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
- To provide pastoral care and support to students.
- To participate in the administration of the department’s programmes of study and other activities as requested.
- To contribute to faculty, or college-wide working groups or committees (i.e. Alfa Staff Club, students club) as requested.
- To maintain own continuing professional development.
- To actively follow and promote Business programs.
- To participate in college open day, educational fairs and workshops to promote Business programmes.
Requirements:
- A minimum bachelor degree holder, preferably Master degree
- Have teaching experience, especially at tertiary level
- Have working experience 3-5 years.
- Commitment to high quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students

Lecturer in Early Childhood Education
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lectures related to Early Childhood Education.
- Develop and update lesson plans/perform curriculum review in compliance with college’s standards.
- Assist in Departmental activities.
- Invigilate exam as and when required.
- Participate in extra-curricular activities or other company events as and when required.
- Assists in marketing related activities such as education fairs, school road shows, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree in Early Childhood and Master Degree in related field.
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.

Junior Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cheques/payment issue to supplier and creditors using UBS system.
- Bank in and generate receipts once receive fund transfer by directors.
- Prepare for filing to LHDN for CP204 and other LHDN forms.
- Update cash flow.
- Prepare journal entry for receipt, invoices, debtors and prepayment based on the monthly fees report by item breakdown summary and Debtor report. Key in UBS System.
- Prepare the other fees in advance schedule based on the monthly fees report by item breakdown summary and invoices generated on the semester and key in data into UBS system.
- Update the BISL report on system based on the DCR report and bank statement.
Update Bank Reconciliation Statement. - Update petty cash summary report.
- Prepare notes of account and audit schedule. Liaise with auditors for smooth auditing process.
- Performing day to day accounting operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Assist collection of student fee.
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Accounting with relevant work experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with all level
- Familiar with UBS System or similar systems would be favorable
