Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Hospitality Management at ALFA College has been established to provide knowledge, information and increase graduates’ experience in the operations and management functions available in the Hospitality industry. Hence, this study will focus on the hospitality industry’s operations and management, such as front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, food service, event management, club management, hotel marketing, and many more. Besides, this program also will prepare graduates in the world of professionalism and careers in hotels, resorts, private clubs, restaurants, catering businesses and conferences.
