The Application Process

Fill up the application form and provide the following documents

Documents required :

Application Form : complete, sign and submit to ALFA University College
Health Declaration Form : complete, sign and submit to ALFA University College
A color scan copy of International passport (All pages including cover page)
Yellow card all pages (only for African applicants).
Online Verification (Only for China applicants).
2 Copies of photograph (passport size with white background)
Programme Applied
Diploma : A Copy of O-level or equivalent certificate.
Degree : A Copy of O-level & A-level or equivalent certificate.
Master : A copy of Bachelor or equivalent certificate.
Doctorate : A Copy of Master or equivalent certificate.

English entry requirements : IETLS or Equivalent

Band Score 5.0 or equivalent : Diploma
Band Score 5.5 or equivalent : Bachelor
Band Score 6.0 or equivalent : Master/PhD.

Application Fee Payment

Issuance of Offer Letter

Your offer letter will be issued by ALFA University College upon receiving all the complete required documents, forms, and payments receipt.

Visa Processing (EMGS processing & eVAL issuance)

ALFA University College will submit your application to EMGS for processing for immigration approval (eVAL).
Please be informed that incomplete documents will affect your EMGS processing and may result in REJECTION.

Registration

Academic Advisor / International Student Officer will inform you on during the orientation day.
Please bring along all the application documents on the orientation day.
Academic certificate for verification purpose

Pre-Arrival

Upon approval of your eVAL, you are required to pay the year 1 tuition fees before arrival to Malaysia.
Kindly provide your arrival details to your Academic Advisor 2 weeks in advance.
Kindly follow the Rules and Regulations set by the Malaysian Government.

Student Visa Issuance

Student Visa issuance will only be processed upon approval from your post medical test.

Post-Arrival

Our College representative will be at the EMGS counter for your clearance.
You are required to do post-medical test after upon your arrival in any EMGS approved hospital/panel clinics in Malaysia.
Your Academic Advisor or the International Student Officer will further advise you on arrival procedures and the ALFA rules and regulations.
